Workplace Consulting

Before returning to university and becoming a psychotherapist, I was a CGA, CPA who mainly worked in the public sector in various management roles.
I was a team leader in a government agency and held the positions of Treasurer and Administrator Clerk-Treasurer in the municipal sector. I was also a platoon commander in the Army Reserve.
As a psychotherapist, I have helped many managers and employees deal with workplace challenges. When you combine all of these competencies I have integrated over the years, a distinctive resource emerges.
I can help your workplace with training that will allow your employees to work more in harmony with one another and minimize the likelihood that inevitable and potentially innovative disagreement will turn into corrosive and time-wasting conflict.
More specifically, I have provided training on topics including respectful workplace behaviour, understanding and working through conflict, having difficult conversations and misconduct policy training for volunteers in the not-for-profit sector.
I can provide coaching to key employees and managers to help them understand their own psychological makeup and use that knowledge to help them be more effective in their roles while minimizing their own stress.
Be in touch today to have a conversation about how I can help you realize your organizational goals. Utilize my distinctive set of competencies to add value to your company or organization.
